Q: How are Returns/Exchanges handled?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days of receipt for a return authorization. Returns/Exchanges without authorization WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Returns/Exchanges after 21 days of original receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition. No returns on bait tanks or electrical items. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Q: What is a backorder and what are Pacific Edge backorder policies?
Backorders occur when we are out of stock of certain item(s) that a customer may order. We only backorders items for domestic shipments. Backorder deliveries incur no additional shipping charges to the customer. Pacific Edge only accepts domestic backorders when the total value of the merchandise exceeds $15.00.
Q: What if damages are incurred while using products sold by Pacific Edge
Not having control over the use of the products , we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use these products.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 72 business hours, Monday through Friday. In many instances, orders ship sooner.
Q: What types of payment are accepted?
Currently, Pacific Edge accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. If you would like to pay by bank transfer or check, email PacificEdge@socal.rr.com to request a printable order form. Orders paid by check will be held 5-7 business days to allow check to clear.
